CONDITIONS OF HIRE
- Vehicles are supplied for the transfer hired.
- Credit card payments attract a surcharge. Visa & MasterCard 2%, AMEX 3% & Diners 4.5%
- Money order, Personal and bank cheque payments must be finalised at least 14 days prior to the booking.
- Deposits taken are non-refundable.
- For all bookings with a child under the age of 7, appropriate child restraints will need to be provided to Hummerzillaz by client, please advise us when making a booking if this is applicable.
- All vehicles are non smoking. This is in accordance with the Bus Accreditation rules and regulations policy
- Intoxicated passengers will not be permitted to enter the vehicles.
- Customers are liable for all damage to the vehicle.
- The consumption of food is not permitted in any of the vehicles unless specific agreement has been made to the contrary at the time of the booking.
- Where complimentary drinks are supplied by Hummerzillaz, these must be consumed in the vehicle and may not be removed for any reason whatsoever.
- Hummerzillaz will not allow red wine to be consumed in the vehicle at any time
- Alcohol may not be consumed by passengers under the age of 18 years. It is the law, and Hummerzillaz will not allow any underage drinking.
